Three of Pentacles

The Three of Pentacles represents something that you have created. You reveal your work and others are impressed. Because it is a pentacle card, money is involved. You may get a commission or grant. Often you are offered a job based on your talent and previous work.

Sometimes when I look at the card it represents school, especially college. It can be a card of mastering your craft as an apprentice as were. Most of the time in modern days it would imply higher more specialized education. If the hammer and chisel stands out to me it can mean a job in the trades, working with your hands.

If the Three of Pentacles is near the Hierophant we are talking about college. If it is near the Sun, it will usually refer to someone in the arts. Next to the World, it tells us that what you are building now will far surpass your expectations.

REVERSE

The Three of Pentacles in reverse indicates that you need more experience or study. You are not ready to reveal your project yet, it needs more work.
